Managed a multinational legal team in arbitration proceedings administered by the Paris office of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, resulting in the recovery of over 90% of the client’s claim.
Designed the legal and regulatory framework for an AI-enabled product during its conceptual phase, addressing risks with an estimated potential impact of approximately €1 million before launch across ten EU markets.
Redesigned the legal architecture of an EU–EFTA company’s medical device combining dedicated hardware with software delivered as SaaS, integrating medical-device regulation, data protection, commercial contracts and cross-border operations.
